Well folks it is finally time! We are pleased to announce that Golden Key Properties has re-opened our lobby to our tenants, owners and vendors. All staff will be back working onsite, and we will resume our normal business hour (Monday – Friday, 9:00am -5:00pm). We have put in place COVID-19 protocols and are taking measures to follow all guidelines set forth by the Department of Public Health to ensure a safe experience when interacting with our staff. 

Back in March 2020 Golden Key Properties, like many businesses, was ordered to close our onsite office imposing staff to begin working remotely. Our staff and vendors were able adapt and continued their work from a distance. Although it presented some challenges our staff preserved! Over time we were able to transition our staff back into the office safely on limited schedules in addition to working remotely. We continued to show prospective tenants properties, completed new leases, addressed maintenance issues and handled any move-outs and turn overs. Our day-to-day business never stopped, and we were always there for you! 

Even though much has improved over the past year, we still would like to encourage our tenants, owners and vendors to limit their in-person interactions when possible. We have provided access to many necessary forms on our website (like maintenance request, 30-day notices and more). Tenants can pay their rent from the tenant portal online; and owners can access their HERO PM accounts from the owner portal on our website. We also have all our available and upcoming rentals and properties for sale posted listed on our website www.carlsbadproperties.com

We are so proud of our staff for adapting to all the unexpected challenges last year brough; and we are so thankful for our owners and our tenants for graciously providing us with their patience when we needed it. Our staff is so happy to all be together again onsite and we look forward to the glimmer or normalcy this has brought us. We are looking forward to a great 2021!
