Current tenants wishing to submit a 30-day written notice to vacate may do so by logging into their tenant portal and submitting it directly.
What Happens Next
From notice to move-out
Submit your Notice
Once your notice has been submitted, your property manager will confirm receipt.
Move-out walk-through
We’ll schedule a move-out inspection close to your departure date and document the property’s condition with photos.
Security deposit
Within 21 days of move-out (per California law), you’ll receive your security deposit disposition with any deductions itemized.
Tips for getting your full deposit back
Clean thoroughly (carpets, appliances, windows). Return all keys, garage remotes, and mail keys. Provide a forwarding address. The more the property looks like move-in day, the smoother the disposition.
